Windsor Life Apartments

Windsor Life Apartments is a large residential building in South Yarra, Melbourne. Consisting of over 300+ apartments spread across two 25-storey towers, it is one of the largest apartment complexes in the area. CCM Facilities has been the facilities management provider for Windsor Life Apartments since it was completed in 2015.

• CCM handles all internal and external repairs and maintenance works. It includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general upkeep.
• CCM ensures essential services like fire systems, lifts and air conditioning are properly maintained and comply with regulations. It involves regular inspections, testing and certifications.
• CCM coordinates daily cleaning of common areas like lobbies, corridors, gym and pool facilities at Windsor Life. It includes waste disposal and sanitation.
• Upon request from individual owners, CCM provides unit cleaning services on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
• CCM, including lawn mowing, pruning, pest control, etc., maintains the large landscaped grounds and gardens.
• CCM manages the security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control and provides security guard services as needed.
