Seeking to outsource their non-core facilities functions, McPherson’s engaged CCM Facilities to manage their office building. CCM now handles all aspects of maintaining and running the building on McPherson’s behalf.

• CCM’s team of technicians addresses any reactive maintenance issues to ensure the building is always in good working order. They also conduct regular inspections and planned maintenance.
• CCM manages all life safety and compliance testing/servicing, such as fire systems, air conditioning checks, water quality, etc. McPhersons can be assured their building meets regulations.
• A dedicated cleaning crew keeps the entire building clean through daily, weekly, and deep cleaning routines. It includes offices, common areas, toilets, and windows.
• CCM’s qualified contractors handle any issues with the building’s mechanical plant, electrical systems, or lifts quickly.
• The building’s security systems, perimeter control and CCTV are monitored and maintained by CCM.
• CCM oversees the waste and recycling collection from the building.
