Exo Apartments is a large mixed-use residential development located in the heart of Melbourne. Consisting of over 500+ apartments spread across two towers, it is one of the largest apartment buildings in the city. We have been managing the facilities and maintenance needs of Exo Apartments since it opened 5 years ago.

• CCM handles all aspects of building management, including security, concierge services, tenant relations, and issues management.
• A daily cleaning schedule is maintained for common areas like lobbies, elevators, gym, and pool areas. CCM cleaners also do regular window cleaning of the exterior glass facades.
• Being a large complex, Exo Apartments relies on CCM to maintain critical systems like air conditioning, lifts, fire systems, and backup generators. CCM handles repairs and regulatory compliance testing.
• CCM’s in-house licensed tradespeople quickly address any plumbing or electrical issues to minimise disruptions.
• Landscaping of the podium gardens and regular pest control inspections ensure high hygiene standards.
• CCM’s specialised team conducts high-rise cleaning and maintenance using abseiling equipment to access difficult locations.
